Kurt Langer

Co-Founder

In 1995, Kurt was hired to produce the Beastie Boys’ legendary Tibetan Freedom Concerts while still an undergrad at Brown University. Thus began a three decade career working alongside more than 100 artists to help them realize their impact goals. Kurt has been a manager, tour manager, festival producer, label exec, merch company founder and feature film producer, giving him deep connections in all sectors of the music business. Kurt is a founding US Board Member of Brian Eno’s EarthPercent, a Board Member of the Music Sustainabilty Alliance, a strategic advisor to numerous NGOs and Impact Investment Funds, Founder of Music Votes and Producer of Billie Eilish’s OVERHEATED climate events.

Eleanor Anderson

Co-Founder

Eleanor has a strong background in music industry production and management. She began her career under legendary manager Howard Kaufman, gaining a deep understanding of artist development, touring, and management. Her path later expanded into sustainability, serving as a Board Member and former Director of the Music Sustainability Alliance. As an academic, she is one of the few voices bridging research, behavioral economics, climate communication, and the music industry. A recognized leader in environmental psychology, Eleanor has earned multiple awards, honors, and fellowships for her leadership and research while completing her Master of Environmental Science.
